All perfumes presented on this website are our own original creations and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or approved by any well-known perfume manufacturers. The names of famous perfumes and brands mentioned are used solely for informational and comparative purposes—to describe the scent character that served as inspiration. All trademarks, perfume names, and brand names are the property of their respective rightful owners, and we make no claim to them. Our goal is to offer unique fragrance experiences inspired by world-renowned perfumes—created independently and with full respect for the original creators.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Effective Date: 14 November 2025 The GOLD CARD Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by Dubai Parfem / MSTV j.d.o.o., Osijek, Croatia (“Organizer”, “we”, “us”). By participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Eligibility The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18+ residing within the European Union. Employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates of the Organizer are not eligible. Participation confirms the entrant meets the eligibility requirements. 2. Giveaway Period The Giveaway runs from 14 November 2025, 00:01 CET to 18 November 2025, 23:59 CET. Orders placed outside this period are not eligible for GOLD CARD inclusion. 3. How to Enter All orders placed during the Giveaway period are automatically entered. No additional action is required to participate. 4. Number of Winners Only 3 GOLD CARD Winners will be selected. Exactly 3 GOLD CARDS will be placed into randomly selected packages. GOLD CARD placement is determined through an automated randomized process. 5. Prize Details Each GOLD CARD Winner receives: 12× 50ml perfumes, shipped monthly over 12 months Estimated total retail value: €900+ Additional notes: Scents may vary depending on stock, availability, and production. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 6. Winner Selection, Proof & Claim Requirements 6.1 How Winners Are Determined Winners are determined by physically receiving a GOLD CARD inside their delivered order package. 6.2 Claiming the Prize To claim the prize, the Winner must contact us within 14 days of receiving the GOLD CARD and provide: Full name Order number Clear photo of the GOLD CARD 6.3 Mandatory Video Proof & Social Media Publication To receive the prize, the Winner must: Record a video clearly showing: The GOLD CARD The opened order package The items inside Publish this video on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube Tag the official Dubai Parfem account (@dubai.parfem) Grant the Organizer full rights to: Repost Edit Publish Use the video in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials Failure to complete ALL steps within 14 days may result in loss of the prize. 6.4 Additional Verification The Organizer may request extra verification to ensure authenticity. 7. Prize Delivery 12 perfumes will be sent monthly to the Winner’s confirmed address. All shipments are free of charge. Winners must notify us of any address changes at least 7 days before the next shipment. The Organizer is not responsible for courier delays, customs issues, or incorrect address details provided by the Winner. 8. Data Protection & Privacy All personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR. Data will only be used for prize delivery and administration. Winner video publication is required only as listed in Section 6.3. 9. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Giveaway (fake accounts, fraudulent orders, tampering) will result in immediate disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or suspend the Giveaway if technical, legal, or unforeseen circumstances arise. 10. Limitation of Liability The Organizer is not responsible for: Technical issues during ordering Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments Errors caused by third-party platforms (social media, couriers) Incorrect information provided by participants Organizer liability is limited solely to providing the described prize. 11. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions follow the laws of the Republic of Croatia (EU). Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Osijek, Croatia. 12.
