DELIVERY INFORMATION Local Delivery (Osijek): Orders received before 4:00 PM are delivered the same day within the Osijek area. Croatia: Delivery time: 1–3 business days. BOX NOW delivery is free of charge. For all orders over €200, all delivery methods are free. Cash on delivery (COD) is available only with GLS courier delivery. Slovenia: Delivery time: 3–5 business days. COD available for Slovenia over GLS. Rest of Europe and UK: Delivery time: 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: Opened or used perfumes. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code. Custom-made or personalized products. 3.
