Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the entire European Union, Norway, Switzerland and UK via reliable courier partners such as GLS and BoxNow. All orders are shipped directly from our EU warehouse for fast, tracked, and secure delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Croatia: 1–2 working days Slovenia & Hungary: 2–4 working days Other countries: 4–7 working days (depending on the location) You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel has been dispatched.

Do you offer Cash or Card on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — but only for Croatia, Slovenia, and Hungary. You can pay in cash or by card directly to the GLS courier upon delivery. For all other EU countries, payment must be made online before shipment via card, Apple Pay or Google Pay

Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently support the following secure payment options: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) Apple Pay Google Pay Cash or Card on Delivery – only for Croatia, Slovenia & Hungary

Are your perfumes original?
All our perfumes are handcrafted in Dubai by experienced Arabic perfumers and inspired by luxury designer fragrances. They are independent creations, made with high perfume oil concentrations (25–50%), offering exceptional longevity and quality.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dubaiparfem.shop . We’ll replace the product or issue a refund as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange a perfume?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfumes. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact our customer service team for return instructions.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package on the official website of our courier partner (GLS or BoxNow).
