DELIVERY OF GOODS

Delivery is made the same day in the Osijek area for orders received by 4:00 PM. 

Delivery within Croatia takes 1-3 days.
For Slovenia and Hungary 3-5 business days

RETURN OF GOODS

In case the goods are damaged during transport, we do not accept returns.

1. Refund conditions

- Products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

- To qualify for a refund:

  - The item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it.

  - The item must be in its original packaging.

  - Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.

 2. Items that cannot be returned

The following items cannot be returned:

- Opened or used perfumes.

- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional code.

- Customized or personalized products.

3. Refund process

   - Provide the order number and the reason for the return.

2. Approval:

   - Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

3. Sending:

   - The buyer bears the return costs.

   - We recommend using a delivery service with tracking or shipment insurance.

4. Overview:

   - Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.

4. Refund

- Approved refunds will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- If the return is rejected, the item will be returned to you.

5. Substitutions

- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or defective items

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification.

- We will offer a replacement or refund for confirmed cases.
